Told to me during Lamaze class, and in fact, several of the breaths described come from that very class - such as "blowing the candles out"!  Breathing well is applicable to all of life's stressors.

Don’t Forget to Breathe

Don’t forget to breathe, don’t forget to breathe
Don’t forget to – breathe
You will be amazed at the things a good breath can achieve!
Don’t forget to sigh, don’t forget to sigh
Don’t forget to – sigh
Don’t pass it by, sigh a good sigh, give it a try.
You can take a cleansing breath
Or a breath of fire
You can huff you can puff, but whatever you do, respire!

Don’t forget to blow, don’t forget to blow
Don’t forget to --- blow
Though troubles come and go, you can blow
You can take it slow
Just let the air come in, let the air go out,
Let the air come – in
Once you begin it’s easy to do it again.
You can blow the candles out
Or blow the clouds about
Blow like the northern wind
Get a good dose of oxygen!

You can have a slow intake
Just give yourself a break!
Let the wind fill your sails
Good breathing never fails!

Don’t forget to breathe, don’t forget to breathe
Don’t forget to – breathe!
Gotta get enough in, keep up the huff puffin’
Keep up the ration of oxygenation
Keep the air a goin’, keep it blowin’
And you’ll find relief!
